Terms and Conditions :


 Driveway Snoozers Ltd reserve the right to change these prices but it will not affect bookings that have already been booked with the prices listed at the time of original booking.

Your contract is with Driveway Snoozers Ltd.

By taking the hire trailer you are accepting these terms and conditions in full. It is the hirer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the agreement, therefore please read this agreement carefully.

Drop off is between 5-7pm unless daytime hire or another agreement has been made by email or other written instruction.

Pick up is strictly before 11am on the morning of the off hired agreed date.

DEPOSIT  - Full payment and a fully refundable damages deposit of £200 is required on delivery. 

Payment is made preferably by bank transfer.

All trailers are strictly not to be moved once parked for security reasons.

Proof of identification is required with the address of the delivery on it. Driving licence preferably.

POWER - Source of power is not provided to the trailer. Power can be used to the trailer at the hirer’s risk only.

Bedding and towels will not be provided.

CANCELLATIONS - Please cancel as soon as possible!  Deposit is not compulsory, however, if no deposit is made by the hirer, we reserve the right to cancel the booking no later than 48 hours before the drop off date booked.

Driveway Snoozers reserve the right to cancel bookings where access to the requested drop off point or area of the drop off point is not satisfactory or possible, right up to the point of drop off.

SMOKING - Strictly no smoking please, this is a legal requirement.

PETS - No pets are permitted.

DAMAGES & SECURITY - Please look after the Snoozer that is dropped off. It is your responsibility to make sure the trailer is looked after and no damage caused to the interior and exterior.
Driveway Snoozers ltd will not be resposible for any personal items lost or stolen.
You must not sub let/rent out in any form.
Please be aware that the trailer has been fitted with alarms and a tracker.So movement of the trailer is strictly forbidden.
If unforseen circumstances do occur where the trailer is stolen,it is the hirers responsibility to inform Driveway Snoozers and the Police.
Any damage to the trailer will be charged to the hirer when or if the damage costs exceeds the deposit.

CHARGES

A £40 charge will be taken out of the deposit if the toilet cassette is NOT empty on collection.

General cleaning is included in the hire. But any obvious additional cleaning cost that will require specialist treatment such as stains to furniture/upholstery will be chargeable to the hirer.
